  • KIEHL products, which have been certified with various eco symbols, only contain raw materials which are harmless to human health and ecosystem

  • 39 KIEHL product recipes currently have a Type I environmental seal in accordance with EN ISO 14024

  • In addition, 70 product recipes contain plant-based raw materials

  • Low VOC values (volatile organic compounds) are guaranteed for products certified with Nordic Swan, among other things

  • All KIEHL coatings are below the VOC limits of the French “A+ VOC regulation”

  • Some coatings are free of TBEP plasticizers

  • All KIEHL products are free of butyl glycol, with the exception of several special cleaners

  • Our products achieve maximum efficiency by having a combination of effective raw materials
